來自台灣的女主人喜歡全世界趴趴走，因工作關係也經常接待來德國觀光的旅客和商展客人，德國男主人熱愛旅遊和航海，最近我們搬了新家，所以決定把在柏林市中心的公寓提供給來柏林尋寶的朋友們，希望你們也會跟我們一樣愛上這個充滿驚喜的城市!
我們的公寓挑高4米並附有原木地板。2室1廳，最多可容納4人入住。從客廳可以開落地門到大陽台，一間附所有廚具的廚房，兩間臥房，一間帶淋浴和浴缸及洗衣機的浴室。
第一間臥室有一張雙人床（長200公分x寬160公分），在另一間臥室有一張單人床（長200公分x寬80公分），如果有需要還可以提供一個額外的床墊（長200公分x寬80公分）。兩間臥室以法式木門相連，每間臥室都有提供一個大衣櫃。
在廚房裡，你會發現有烤箱的爐具，冰箱，烤麵包機，煮水器，濾網式咖啡機，摩卡壺和一個2人可用的小餐桌，當然還有必備的餐具和鍋具，不同口味的茶包及咖啡粉，從廚房裡也可以開落地門通往美麗的陽台。
在客廳你會發現一個四人座帶椅子的古董餐桌，三人座設計師沙發，平面電視，一台DVD放影機，音響，及書架上精選的藝術和建築書籍，當然還有柏林的旅遊資訊。我們也有免費的Wi-Fi供您上網。透過2個大落地窗，您可以在這裡享受明亮安靜的自然景觀！
浴室裡設有獨立式的淋浴和浴缸，您可以在一整天觀光行程後徹底放鬆。此外，我們還提供毛巾，吹風機，鏡子，洗髮精和沐浴乳。
我們的公寓位於中庭的右側二樓，不提供電梯。

地理位置

交通工具
步行約300公尺是U2地鐵站 Senefelder Platz。
車程3分鐘抵達亞歷山大廣場，車程25分鐘抵達西柏林動物園站。
步行約300公尺是電車M2 Knaackstrasse站。
此外，在這附近還有數個自行車租賃店，讓你可以騎自行車自在的探索這個讓人興奮的城市。

Here you find a sunny and quite apartment directly on famous Kollwitzplatz in Prenzlauer Berg. Good public transportation connection and nice restaurants, cafes and shops in the neighorhood. 3 Mins to Alexanderplatz and 25 Mins to Ku-Damm.
The Space
Our apartment is located on the famous Kollwitzplatz in Prenzlauer Berg and with very good public transportation connection. This flat can accompany 2-4 people with two separate bedrooms, a living room with dining table, a kitchen as well as a bathroom with tub and shower. The first bedroom has a 160x200 double bed as well as a cupboard. The second bedroom has a 80x200 singe bed for one person. If required, there is also a separate 80x200 single matress for the 4th person. In the kitchen you will find the stove, oven, fridge, toaster, water kettle, coffee machine, a small dining table for two as well as all necessary household utensil. From kitchen you have access to the balcony where you find a sitting bench for two.
In the living room we have a cable TV, DVD player, stereo, a designer sofa, bookshelf with our book collection and information abour Berlin. From the living room you also can step out to the balcony through two down-to-floor windows. Here is also our dining table for four if you wish to enjoy your meal in the apartment.
In the bright bathroom we provide a separate shower as well as a big bathtub. Towels, hairdryer, mirror, shampoo, shower gel are also provided in the bathroom for your use.
Thanks to its backyard location and balcony you can enjoy the quiet while you find various restaurants, cafes, boutiques and supermarkets once you step out of the door.
The apartment is on the first floor without lift.

Guest Access
We will hand over the internet password to you upon arrival. Please keep in mind it is a non-smoking apartment. We hope you to respect the neighbor not to have loud music in late hour. No pets are allowed, please.
Interaction with Guests
We are happy to welcome you and answer any questions you may have, i.e. restaurant, transportation, tickets. We can also arrange a private guide for your stay when requested.
The Neighborhood
You will find yourself in a vibrant, colorful and international environment in the trendy Prenzlauer Berg. Within walking distance there are lots of restaurants, galleries and boutique shops. Freshly prepared food and local farmer markets are held every Thursday and Saturday on Kollwitzplatz. If you are into antiques or unusual design, within 10 minutes walk you are at the right place - the famous flea market at Mauer park .
Getting around
Good public transportation connection: U2 Senefelderplatz, Tram M2 Knnackstr. With U-bahn you are at Alexander Platz within 3 minutes, while it takes only 25 minutes to Zoologischer Garten. Of course you can also rent a bike in the neighborhood to explore the colorful district as well as the exciting city.
House rules
1. This is a non-smoking apartment and we wish you to respect our neighbors with no loud music.
2. We unfortunately do not accept pets in the apartment.
3. For late check-in after 8pm we will charge extra 20€ in cash upon arrival.
4. Please wash and dry the dishes before your departure.

Payment: We require a 50% deposit after the booking is confirmed. The amount should be wired to the specified account within 48 hours once the confirmation has been sent. We will hold the apartment as "reserved" for the first 48 hours. Afterwards the apartment will be again free for booking.
Cancellation:
*Full refund 7 days prior to arrival.For a full refund, cancellation must be madeseven full days prior to local check in time on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Friday before check in time.
*If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival, the full deposit amount will not be refunded.
